Follow Rt 9 West through Florence, Haydenville and Williamsburg. As you leave Williamsburg, turn left onto Route 143 across the bridge and up the hill. Please watch the speed limit. You will pass through Chesterfield, cross the Westfield River and come to a light in Worthington. Bearing right at the light keeps you on Rt 143 West. Go ¼ mile and the health center is on your left.
From the West via Route 9
Follow Rt 9 East through Windsor. Go about 5 miles take Rt 143 toward Worthington past the junction with Rt 112. Continue on Rt 143 East for about 2.3 miles. The health center is on the left.
