Five-week program beginning Tuesday, January 17th
9:30 – 11:30am
Registration is required
Limited to ten participants
We will focus on offering information and supports to address the Social and Emotional Development of young children. We will look at how to guide responsive and nurturing relationships within the family and with peers, including strategies for handling disappointing situations, emotional regulation, positive behavior supports, developing cooperative skills, discipline and self control, and interventions for persistently challenging behaviors.

Monday: 12:45pm
Thursday: 8:30am
Meet at the Family Center, 9 Russell Rd., Huntington
If the weather is good, we walk. If the weather is inclement, a low impact exercise session takes place in the Family Center playroom.
• Wear comfortable, sturdy walking shoes or sneakers
• Dress in comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing [layers as needed]
• Walk at a pace that is comfortable for you
• Bring a water bottle
