At our main facilities located in Huntington & Worthington, we provide preventive, acute, elder and pediatric care, physical exams, gynecological exams, laboratory and podiatry services. We employ seven physicians and several nurse practitioners, as well as a number of nurses and medical assistants.

Jennie Howland, MD
Medical Director
Internal Medicine & Pediatrics

Dr. Howland attended Brown University for her Bachelor's degree and Boston University for her Master's in public health. She received her MD from the University of Massachusetts Medical School in 2004 and completed her residency at Baystate Medical Center in 2008. She's Board Certified in internal medicine and pediatrics. She enjoys being outdoors, hiking, biking, cross-country skiing and showshoeing. She also loves vegetarian food and taveling.

Sheri Cheung, MD (Beginning September 19th)
Internal Medicine & Pediatrics

Dr. Cheung attended Tulane University School of Medicine in Louisiana and graduated in 1996. She completed her residency at Baystate Medical Center in 2000. She is Board certified in internal medicine and pediatrics. She especially loves seeing entire families with many generations. She's married and a mother of two children. She loves food and healthful cooking, gardening, reading, playing piano and singing.



Pharmacy Services
The health center participates in a 340B arrangement with Williamsburg Pharmacy in Williamsburg, MA. Of course, your prescriptions may be filled at the pharmacy of your choice. Uninsured or underinsured patients of the health center may often obtain discounted medications from Williamsburg Pharmacy.

Mary Chmura, MD
Family Practice

Dr. Chmura attended Albany Medical College and graduated with a Doctor of Medicine in 1996. She completed her family practice residency at Albany Medical Center Hospital in 1999.
She has been with the health center since 2008. She's married and  has 3 children. In her spare time she enjoys running, hiking and traveling.
Beth Coates, MD
Family Practice

Dr. Coates has been practicing medicine at the health center since 2003. She received her undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan and her Medical degree from the University of Massachusetts Medical School in 1986. She completed her family practice residency at the University of Minnesota in 1989. She's a wife and mother and enjoys the outdoors when she's not working.
Melissa Lodzieski
Adult Nurse Practitioner-Board Certified

Melissa has been with the health center since 2009. She attended the University of Massachusetts for her bachelor's degree and went on to their medical school to receive her Master's in nursing, and her adult primary care nurse practitioner certification in 2009.

Maria Gallo, MD
Family Practice

Dr. Gallo has been practicing medicine at the health center since 2009. She attended the University of Massachusetts-Amherst and received her bachelor's degree. She then received her medical degree from the University of Massachusetts Medical School in 2006 and completed her residency at Worcester Family Medicine in 2009. She was a physical therapist prior to attending medical school.
Melissa Greenspan, MD
Family Practice

Dr. Greenspan is a family doctor who went to Brown University, SUNY Medical School, and completed the Family Practice Residency at UMMS in Worcester. She has been practicing in western Mass since 1981, and at Hilltown Community Health Centers for over 20 years. She enjoys all aspects of Family Medicine, but does not do any prenatal or obstetric care. She is married and has 2 grown sons who live and work in Colorado and Chile. When not working, she enjoys cross country skiing, hiking, and generally being outdoors.
Robert M.Quinn, MD
Family Practice

A graduate of the Royal College of Surgeons in Dublin Ireland in 2002, Dr. Quinn has been with the health center since 2005. He completed his family medicine residency at the University of Vermont in 2005. He's married and has 2 children. In his spare time he enjoys skiing, mountain biking and kayaking.
