All Gateway Regional School Based Health Programs, operated by Hilltown Community Health Centers, are conveniently located in the main complex of Gateway, with mobile care (health, dental and behavioral health) to Chester Elementary School.  This makes it easier to ask questions, get paperwork and return paperwork in one central location for all services.

Gateway School Based Health Center (SBHC) is available to be your child’s primary care provider to give immunizations, physicals, treat earaches, sore throats, asthma, playground mishaps, and to address most of your child’s health care needs.  Gateway SBHC works closely with the parents and school nurses of each student.  Gateway SBHC also has four behavioral health specialists to address any mental health needs that may arise, and a nutritionist who is also a diabetes educator. New this year we are adding eye care services and exams! Gateway SBHC is open Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. 3:00 p.m.

Gator Grins is the School Based Dental program that provides comprehensive dental exams,

The mission of the Gateway School Based Health Programs is to save parents time and money by having their child seen for medical and dental appointments in a comfortable setting right at their school.  This eliminates extended time away from class room learning, and eliminates the need for parents to take unnecessary time off from work.

No Gateway Regional School District funds are used.

We look forward to another great year!
