Gateway Regional School Based Programs, operated by Hilltown Community Health Centers, Inc. have already started seeing students for the 2018/2109 school year, and both offices are conveniently located in the Gateway School Based Health Center space. This makes it easier to ask questions, get paperwork and return necessary paperwork in one location.

Gateway School Based Health Center is available to be your child’s primary care provider, to give immunizations, physicals, treat earaches, sore throats, asthma, playground mishaps, and to address most of your child’s health care needs.  Gateway School Based health center works closely with the nurses and parents of each student.   Gateway SBHC also has two behavioral health specialists to address any mental health needs that may arise, and a nutritionist who is also a diabetes educator.
