Calling all Community Leaders and Families – Let’s reconnect in the Community! The Hilltown Community Health Centers’ Community Programs is hosting an OPEN HOUSE on Monday September 19th from 10 AM to 1 PM at our Community Programs Building located at 9 Russell Road in Huntington (across from the Huntington Fire Department). Drop in for some lemonade and cookies to meet our Community Health Workers, Navigators, Family Support, and Domestic Violence Advocates. Community leaders bring your outreach materials and flyers to share. Please park in the downtown parking areas.
Families can take a tour of the Hilltown Family Center and see where we help support families through play groups, school readiness, parent education, and many other programs. Children can make a craft and take home a book.
