New play groups in the Hilltowns through the Hilltown Family Center

Hilltown Community Health Center Uncategorized

Are you looking to meet other families with
children age birth to 5, strengthen your family, promote optimal development
for your child, and connect with services and supports for your family? The
Hilltown Family Center, located at 9 Russell Road in Huntington, provides all
these services through a grant from the Massachusetts Department of Early
Education and Care. Our family and community engagement model is about building
relationships that support family well-being, strong relationships between
parents and their children, and ongoing learning and development for both
parents and their children.

The Hilltown Family Center also provides many
other services including Welcome Baby visits, family education, referrals for
educational and family needs, the Rise and Read take-home book bag program,
developmental screenings, a family resource library, home visits, and child
birth education. All programs are free and open to the public.

We are pleased to announce expanded programs
