New play groups in the Hilltowns through the Hilltown Family Center

Are you looking to meet other families with children age birth to 5, strengthen your family, promote optimal development for your child, and connect with services and supports for your family? The Hilltown Family Center, located at 9 Russell Road in Huntington, provides all these services through a grant from the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care. Our family and community engagement model is about building relationships that support family well-being, strong relationships between parents and their children, and ongoing learning and development for both parents and their children.

The Hilltown Family Center also provides many other services including Welcome Baby visits, family education, referrals for educational and family needs, the Rise and Read take-home book bag program, developmental screenings, a family resource library, home visits, and child birth education. All programs are free and open to the public.

We are pleased to announce expanded programs throughout the Hilltown area. If you are a caregiver or parent of children birth to five, check out our play groups which include circle time, craft, and a story in the following towns:

Huntington: Hilltown Family Center 9 Russell Road: 10-12 Wed. and Fri.

Blandford: Porter Memorial Library 2:00 Tuesdays

Chester: Hamilton Memorial Library 1:00 1st and 3rd Mondays

Middlefield: Middlefield Public Library 1:00 2nd and 4th Mondays

Worthington: RH Conwell Elementary  9:00 Mon. 2nd & 4th Starts Sept. 9th.
