Bio: As a clinical therapist, I work with individuals with different intersectional identities, navigating trauma and a variety of psychosocial stressors. When working with individuals, I maintain a collaborative stance, meeting clients where they are, without judgment. I deeply value a relational approach to therapy and thoughtfully incorporate patient feedback into my work. I am keenly aware of cultural differences and strive to utilize a culturally responsive approach that is trauma informed, social justice oriented, and patient centered. My career interests are broad and multifaceted, but underscore a strength-based, feminist approach and reinforce the value of therapist/patient collaboration. I have significant experience working with individuals experiencing symptoms of anxiety and depression. I also work with patients who are navigating role transitions, exploring identity, and processing the impact of intergenerational trauma. I wholeheartedly support and incorporate body positive approaches into my practice and enjoy supporting the LGBTIA+ community.
