Hilltown Community Health Center accepts all MassHealth products, Medicare, and most major private insurances. As a federally-qualified community health center, we will see anyone regardless of their ability to pay. We have trained staff that can help you get affordable and comprehensive health insurance coverage. More people than ever before are eligible for health coverage. Call our Navigator staff at 413-667-2203 to figure out if you qualify. If you are not eligible for any health coverage through MassHealth or the Massachusetts Health Connector, there is a sliding fee schedule available based on your income. HCHC will offer a sliding fee discount to all who are unable to pay for services. For more information click here. Contact the Billing Department or a Navigator for more information as well.

If you have questions about your bill, please call our Billing Department at 413-238-5511 x145. If you’re a current patient and are not sure if your insurance is active, please call the customer service number on the back of your insurance card. Our receptionists regularly check your eligibility before every visit.
