This health center is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 USC 254b, an FTCA Deemed Facility, and a deemed Public Health Service employer under 42 USC 233(g)-(n). This means that this health center receives HHS funding and has Federal PHS deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.

We're Moving

Our Community Programs will be relocating from 9 Russell Road to our health center locations. Starting August 1, our Community Health Workers and Insurance Navigators will serve all patients and clients in the Huntington, Worthington, and Amherst health centers. This move will help better serve you and your family.
