Eye Care/Optometry

Hilltown Community Health Center offers the full spectrum of optometry services and eye care.

Get your routine and acute eye care on site at our Huntington optical suite. HCHC also has a full service optical shop where you can find a wide variety of modern and classic frames to choose from.

Eye care services we offer our patients include:

  • Complete eye exams for the entire family
  • Diabetic eye exams
  • Emergency eye care
  • Contact lens fittings
  • Full-service optical shop on premises
  • MassHealth accepted along with many other insurances

Eye Care Department Hours:

Monday: 8:30am – 5pm
Tuesday: 8:30am – 6pm
Wednesday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Thursday: 8:30am – 6pm
Friday: 9am – 4:30pm

We're Moving

Our Community Programs will be relocating from 9 Russell Road to our health center locations. Starting August 1, our Community Health Workers and Insurance Navigators will serve all patients and clients in the Huntington, Worthington, and Amherst health centers. This move will help better serve you and your family.
