Bio: Jonah comes to therapy with a young energy from decades raising children and sharing in the struggles of his friends and family. He completed his advanced internship at Hilltown and is excited to return to work with both youth and adults. He was a designer/woodworker for many years, with a strong belief in the sustaining power of working with our hands and bodies. Through the acronym jungle of CBT, DBT, ACT, and IFS he believes in the patient as guide to their own healing. He gardens, cooks, hikes and bikes, plays frisbee, and sings.
