Who We Serve We invite you to join the 8,000 other people who have their health care and wellness needs met at the Hilltown Community Health Centers.We serve children, adults, and elders, the vast majority of whom reside in the Hilltowns. We accept more than 700 different insurance plans, including MassHealth, and we provide free and reduced-fee care to those who meet income guidelines. Worthington Health Center Staff Huntington Health Center Staff Commitment to Quality Our staff have years of experience and provide quality, confidential services. The Health Center participates in several disease specific, chronic care management programs. Hours The Worthington & Huntington Health Centers are open five days a week, with evening hours available. Saturday hours are also available for Medical and Behavioral Health services as is 24-hour coverage for all emergencies.
