Welcome to Hilltown Community Health Centers, Inc. HCHC is a non-profit, federally qualified health center providing high quality medical, dental, behavioral health and eye care services to the rural hilltown communities of Western Massachusetts since 1950. We also provide services to the students and faculty in the Gateway Regional School district at the Gateway Regional School Based Health Center site. In addition, we provide extensive outreach, family and community support services. We are a COMMUNITY health center--not just a doctor's office. We have made Hilltown Community Health Centers a source of pride - a place where personalized health care is available to our families, neighbors and friends, regardless of their ability to pay.
Welcome!
The Worthington & Huntington Health Centers are open five days a week, with evening hours available. Saturday hours are also available for Medical and Behavioral Health services as is 24-hour coverage for all emergencies.
We invite you to join the 8,000 other people who have their health care and wellness needs met at the Hilltown Community Health Centers. We serve children, adults, and elders, the vast majority of whom reside in the Hilltowns. We accept more than 700 different insurance plans, including MassHealth, and we provide free and reduced-fee care to those who meet income guidelines.
