¡Hilltown Community Health Center está aquí para usted! Nuestra misión es crear acceso a una atención médica integrada de alta calidad y promover el bienestar de las personas, las familias, y nuestras comunidades.

Hilltown Community Health Center is now offering limited COVID-19 vaccinations to our patients who meet the state guidelines.

If you are an HCHC patient eligible for vaccination and would like to receive the COVID-19 vaccine from HCHC, please call 413-667-3009, extension 261, to schedule your appointment.  You will leave a detailed message with your name, date of birth, and phone number, and we will call you back.  When we call, you will need to have your insurance card available.

At this time, all vaccinations will be provided at the Huntington Vaccination Clinic.  We will give you driving directions and parking directions when we schedule your appointment.

We will be scheduling you for both your first and second doses at the same time.  Your second dose will be 28 days after your first dose.

Please note that if you have insurance, we will charge your medical insurance company for the vaccination.  There is no out of pocket cost for the vaccine, even for those with no insurance.

Please make sure to wear your mask for your appointment, for your and our employees’ safety.

If you have questions about who can receive the vaccine, when and where those locations are, please visit the links below:

  1. Visit mass.gov/COVIDvaccine to find your phase and priority group
