Parent & Family Supports

The Hilltown Family Center, the local Coordinated Family and Community Engagement program, located at 9 Russell Rd in Huntington, houses many of HCHC’s community programs and services, while offering an extensive list of resources for parents, caregivers, and families. At the Family Center, we believe in strong families! This means that we help families be flexible and resilient. Our programs can help you establish strong social connections and give you concrete support in times of need. We recognize your strengths and understand that being a parent is part natural and part learned. We also help your children connect and relate to their world.

Hilltown Family Center offers:

  • Parent/caregiver-child playgroups
  • School readiness programs (Ready! for kindergarten)
  • Family and community education and literacy development
  • Read and Rise
  • Nurturing Your Baby
