Primary Care Physician

Hilltown Community Health Centers, Inc. (HCHC) is seeking a Family Practice Physician to join our growing multi-site primary care practice. HCHC is a federally qualified community health center located in Western Massachusetts. For over 65 years, our mission has been to provide accessible, affordable services to ensure the health of all Hilltown residents, regardless of their ability to pay. Established in 1950, HCHC provides primary medical care, general dentistry, mental health, optometry, and community outreach in four different sites. HCHC currently employs three talented physicians and six experienced nurse practitioners, and operates two rural primary care clinics and one urban primary care clinic, along with a school-based health center, in Western Massachusetts. Behavioral health and full dental services are offered at all sites; optometry care is also available in one location. A strong community services program provides a range of supportive services, including community outreach workers. The position involves care of adults and children, in an office-based environment, without OB or hospital responsibilities. On-call schedule shared among 10 providers. Ability to form collaborative relationships with nurse practitioners on staff a must. Occasional Saturday and holiday hours required. Working knowledge of rural services and needs a plus. EHR experience preferred. Spanish or Russian language skills are highly valued. Salary commensurate with experience with possible eligibility for state and federal educational loan repayment programs. Excellent benefits include 4 weeks’ vacation, paid sick leave, personal and holiday time, 2 weeks’ continuing education time with $2,000 for CE compensation costs, malpractice coverage, health and dental insurance, as well as payment of licensing renewal fees. The health centers are located in the beautiful foothills of the Berkshire Mountains in Western Massachusetts. We are a 30 minute drive from Pittsfield, Northampton and Westfield as well as other towns in the Pioneer Valley, which is also home to the 5 college area of Smith, Amherst, Hampshire, Mt. Family Nurse Practitioner

Hilltown Community Health Centers, Inc. (HCHC) is seeking a motivated full or part-time Family Nurse Practitioner to join our growing multi-site, multi-disciplinary practice.

Established in 1950, HCHC is a Federally Qualified Community Health Center with a proven history of providing high quality integrated medical, oral health, behavioral health, eye care and community outreach care. This unique opportunity allows the successful applicant the ability to practice primary care at the highest level in a collaborative, collegial environment.

This position allows for flexibility in both work schedule and work environment, with two rural sites, one full-service school-based site, and one urban site. The rural locations are nestled in the beautiful foothills of the Berkshire Mountains in the towns of Worthington and Huntington, while the urban location is situated in the lively downtown area of Amherst. All of the sites allow for easy access to the amenities of the Berkshires and Pioneer Valley.

Mass. Licensed Dental Assistant

Seeking full time and part-time Mass. Licensed Dental Assistants to join our Huntington Health Center. Previous dental office experience desirable but on-the-job training available to the right candidate. Organizational skills and computer experience required. Medical and Dental Receptionist

Join our growing clinical team! Seeking full-time Medical and Dental Receptionists for our Huntington Health Center. Candidates should have 1-3 years’ experience working in a medical and/ or Dental practice and ability to work well with others. Must possess excellent customer service skills. Preference for those who speak Spanish or Russian. Knowledge of provider scheduling a plus. Comfort level with computers a must; experience with an EMR a plus.Competitive salary, generous benefits.


Medical Assistant

Hilltown Community Health Centers seeks a full-time Medical Assistant for all three HCHC sites. Seeking graduates of certified medical assistant programs with 1-2 years’ experience preferred, but will consider a highly motivated individual with caring personality. Hours are weekdays and some Saturday mornings. Knowledge and use of electronic medical records. Preference for those who speak Spanish or Russian.


Medical Director

Hilltown Community Health Centers, Inc. (HCHC) seeks a part-time Medical Director, primarily based at the Huntington Health Center. The candidate will effectively coordinate and oversee all health center medical activities and is broadly responsible for patient safety. The new Medical Director provides quality, direct care to patients along with leadership to the medical department with respect to aligning the department activities with HCHC’s strategic vision of quality care. Helping ensure services can be carried out in conjunction with the organization’s strategic plan and mission. Must be a Massachusetts board-certified Physician or Nurse Practitioner, with a minimum of five years of post-certification practice experience. Must have appropriate management experience and/or training. Must be committed to community health. Must also have a strong commitment to the mission of the organization. Good interpersonal skills also necessary.
