Primary Care Physician

Hilltown Community Health Centers, Inc. (HCHC) is seeking a Family Practice Physician to join our growing multi-site primary care practice. HCHC is a federally qualified community health center located in Western Massachusetts. For over 65 years, our mission has been to provide accessible, affordable services to ensure the health of all Hilltown residents, regardless of their ability to pay. Established in 1950, HCHC provides primary medical care, general dentistry, mental health, optometry, and community outreach in four different sites. HCHC currently employs three talented physicians and six experienced nurse practitioners, and operates two rural primary care clinics and one urban primary care clinic, along with a school-based health center, in Western Massachusetts. Behavioral health and full dental services are offered at all sites; optometry care is also available in one location. A strong community services program provides a range of supportive services, including community outreach workers. The position involves care of adults and children, in an office-based environment, without OB or hospital responsibilities. On-call schedule shared among 10 providers. Ability to form collaborative relationships with nurse practitioners on staff a must. Occasional Saturday and holiday hours required. Working knowledge of rural services and needs a plus. EHR experience preferred. Spanish or Russian language skills are highly valued. Salary commensurate with experience with possible eligibility for state and federal educational loan repayment programs. Excellent benefits include 4 weeks’ vacation, paid sick leave, personal and holiday time, 2 weeks’ continuing education time with $2,000 for CE compensation costs, malpractice coverage, health and dental insurance, as well as payment of licensing renewal fees. The health centers are located in the beautiful foothills of the Berkshire Mountains in Western Massachusetts. We are a 30 minute drive from Pittsfield, Northampton and Westfield as well as other towns in the Pioneer Valley, which is also home to the 5 college area of Smith, Amherst, Hampshire, Mt. Family Nurse Practitioner

Seeking part-time Mass. Licensed Dental Assistant  (36 hours/week) to join our growing practice in our Huntington and Worthington locations. Previous dental office experience desirable but on-the-job training available to the right candidate. Organizational skills and computer experience required. Dental Hygienist

Seeking part-time Dental Hygienist to join our team to work at two of our HCHC sites – Amherst, and Huntington. Must be certified as a Registered Dental Hygienist with current Massachusetts license. Must participate in continuing education to maintain skills and meet MA requirements. Organizational skills and computer experience required. Preference for those who speak Spanish or Russian.

Behavioral Health Clinician- LICSW/LCSW/LMHC – Worthington/Huntington

Seeking part-time Behavioral Health Clinician to provide dynamic, integrated patient-centered care in a rural, primary care setting with possibility of working at more than one location. We are seeking an individual to work with individuals, families, behavioral medicine, addictions, and a wide range of issues from severe trauma to adjustment reactions. Must be comfortable working within a multi-disciplinary medical team serving underserved populations. At a minimum, candidates must be Masters level and have a valid MA license to practice. Medical Receptionist

Join our growing medical team! Seeking full-time and part-time Medical Receptionists for our Worthington and Huntington Health Centers. Candidates should have 1-3 years’ experience working in a medical practice and ability to work well with others. Must possess excellent customer service skills. Domestic Violence Advocate

Hilltown Community Health Centers seeks a passionate advocate to work in its Huntington office with the primary responsibility for providing safety planning, crisis intervention, court accompaniment, education, and support to survivors who are experiencing or have experienced domestic violence.

The Domestic Violence Victim Advocate will provide domestic violence advocacy services to residents of the Hilltowns in collaboration with local law enforcement and community service providers as part of a Community Health Team in order to address the full spectrum of needs required for safety and success. Work in collaboration with State and local police, court personnel, Community Health Workers and other HCHC staff, local health and social service providers, and our partners Safe Passage and the Southern Hilltown Domestic Violence Task Force to support hilltown victims/survivors of abuse. The Domestic Violence Advocate will provide adult and child survivors of domestic violence with support, advocacy, and assistance, including: assessing their circumstances and emergency needs and providing assistance to meet those needs; safety planning; general support and education about the dynamics of domestic violence; referrals to needed resources; transportation to support services (if needed); court accompaniment; helping prepare for court; home visits( if it is determined to be safe based on the program’s safety protocol); support to the friends or family of victims/survivors who are part of the victim/survivor support team; offer individual counseling; and assist with outreach and education efforts in conjunction with our partners. The Advocate will work with victims/survivors for as long as support is needed, recognizing that domestic violence is a complex problem from which it can take years to recover.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated commitment to providing survivors of domestic violence with affirming, culturally relevant (including rural, LGBTQ, immigrants, and survivors living with disabilities), holistic, accessible, trauma-informed, strength-based victim services and advocacy. Experience working with survivors of domestic and sexual violence and/or children strongly preferred.
