HCHC No Show and Late Cancellation Policy

Hilltown Community Health Center helps patients with medical, dental, eye, and mental health care. If you can’t come to your visit, that’s okay—we can reschedule. If you miss an appointment and don’t let us know 24 hours ahead of time, that affects your care and others who need to make appointments. If you miss or cancel less than a day before your visit three times in a year in the same department, you will not be able to schedule future appointments, but you can still call for a same-day visit. We will do our best to help you. Please know that this policy will not result in losing your primary care provider at Hilltown—we are here for you and will continue to provide care.  Thank you for helping us provide care for everyone who needs it.
