Today, February 13, 2025, all Hilltown Community Health Center sites (except the Gateway School-Based Health Center) will open at 10 A.M. due to poor weather conditions. Someone will call to reschedule. Telehealth visits for Behavioral Health are not affected and will happen at their scheduled time.
Due to inclement weather, all locations will be opening at 9:30AM on December 29, 2025.
