Many private insurances, MassHealth, Medicare, and cash are accepted for all services.
If you’re in need of insurance, our extensively trained Navigator staff can work with you at no charge to confidentially determine the best health plan for which you are qualified. If you do not meet eligibility guidelines for any reason, a sliding fee scale discount program is available. For more information on the sliding fee scale discount program click here. We’re proud to serve all patients, regardless of his/her ability to pay.
There are several convenient ways to pay for services. We accept:
- Credit card payments in person or over the phone
- Cash and check payments at the time of service or by mail to: Hilltown Community Health Centers, Inc., 58 Old North Rd., Worthington, MA 01098
For larger balances, financing through CareCredit is an option. Ask for more information or visit www.carecredit.com
We also offer a 3% discount for full payment by credit card at time of service, or a 7% discount for cash or check payment if paid in full at time of service.
